Introducing a little known option in Property Management - Lease Option
to Buy
With the housing market the
way it is now, one option homeowners and residents alike may not be
aware of is a Lease Option to Buy. With a Lease Option to Buy, also
known as a Lease Purchase, the resident has the option to put a portion
of the rent payment, often one half, toward the purchase of the property
at the end of the lease. In this way, the homeowner has a better chance
of not only selling the house, but getting the price it's worth. The
resident has the advantage of purchasing the house and having some of
the rent, that would normally be lost, go toward the price of the house.
In these times, such an option has a distinct advantage. If you are
