Out at what I call "Tuna", off road between Kingston and Hillsboro, NM. Just us and the dogs.

Huge mushrooms from all the rain.

The water was really rushing and loud. Good to see.

We hiked to a cabin I'd found up this beautiful canyon (See http://dnar.us/daytripscamp122407.htm, a few photos down for the cabin). It was a little rough, a lot of washouts.

Poor Bud, kept getting tired on the way back and lying down for a rest. At least is was downhill going back.

A week later I took my mother to the same spot for a day trip.
